Cosmetic Lotro

Ceremonial white

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the Summer Festival so far, mostly doing the Ale Association up to kindred with one of my characters. I’ve never played the evil side of the beer quests before, but it was actually a lot of fun to deceive, spoil and cheat for a change. I’m also enjoying the fishing and trying to get the deed done, but have been having a hard time catching the fish in Breeland. The races are a bit boring as you have to stay around doing nothing except waiting, so I’m not sure if I’ll finish up those deeds. Something I definitely have no interest in are all the stink bombs, dizzy spells and blurry kisses. That’s just not my cup of tea. I wish I had an anti-faint button available because the amount of “fun emotes” being used around the festival grounds is a bit overdone sometimes.
Last of the three ceremonial dresses that are available this festival is the white one from Bree. It was my very first cosmetic and someone gave it to me long ago. I was thrilled when I got it and used it for months until I discovered the broader possibilities of the outfit system. Back then there were only two cosmetic outfit panels and no wardrobe, but it was enough to get me started on this crazy hobby.

Chest: Ceremonial Dress [Bree version], default dye (Summer festival cosmetic)

Head: Winged Circlet, gold dye (skirmish cosmetic)

Shoulders: Sellsword’s Shoulder Guards, gold dye (crafted)

Back: Swan Cloak, gold dye (store)

  1. Pointy

    Very shiny shiny white. :D

I’ve played with this dress too. I pared it with the ‘cloak of the wind-singer from the store, dyed white, and the Balladeer’s Hat dyed black for a bit of contrast. That’s the one that’s the crown thing from Moria, sort of a precursor to this winged one. :)

  2. It looks wonderful! That is a remarkable ceremonial dress. I can totally imagine an official ceremony where people would be dressed like that. It looks awesome!
